SHINE Emerging Artist Programme 2023
This talent development scheme is run in partnership with our Light Up the North network festivals, giving up and coming light artists a bursary to develop a new work and the opportunity receive industry mentoring and training. Up to three artists or collectives will be awarded substantial commissions of up to £15K to realise ambitious new artworks.
